History
Choctaw Preserve was created through reclaiming sand and gravel mining property. Until 2011, it was used as an exotic hunting ranch. It the ranch's current design is to raise and harvest American Bison, Elk and Deer for human consumption. We strive to give the DFW area the most direct farm to table meats.
