Best snow cones I've ever had. However there is often a long wait, but it is worth it. I also recommend the root beer snow cone with ice cream.

Nice and reasonably priced snow ball stand in Richmond. I always order the cherry snowball with condense milk. It was good but I wish the condensed milk was thicker.
