The key focus on day to day operations at Child Care Castle is to ensure each child is gaining the tools necessary through imagination to lead a dynamic life. The objective is to utilize our strategic milestone-based curriculum and imaginary skills for the learning process. We must ensure the director, lead teachers, and assistants will nurture and cater to each child's desire to learn. We must also focus on engagement for children and teachers through education. While continuing our focus on education, we must also warrant there is fun and imagination throughout this process. In addition, we must certify each child is reaching and/or surpassing milestone goals. Child Care Castle
