Dr. Crockett received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Baylor College of Medicine. After medical school, Dr. Crockett completed an internship in Preliminary Medicine at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. She also completed her residency in Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine's Cullen Eye Institute. She followed this with a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital in 2015. Dr. Crockett is licensed by the Texas Medical Board. Dr. Crockett is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Texas Medical Association, Harris County Medical Society and American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus. Dr. Crockette enjoys soccer, travel and spending time with family, friends and her cat. As a child, Dr. Crockette wanted to be a spy or detective when she grew up because she thought it would be fun to see the world and solve mysteries.The most exotic place she has visited is Tibet.
