DFW based Center Point Renovations began in 2001. Our original vision was inspired by 25 years of working within the residential construction industry. Our vision; to provide DFW residents state of the art building products, best building practices, and maintaining outstanding customer service. From the beginning, we remained on the forefront of new markets and methods leading the industry in sustainable, energy efficient construction technologies to provide leading edge building standards to our customers yet sustaining our number one value of customer satisfaction. Mr. Zindel began his own company building custom residential homes while purchasing dilapidated properties and investing capital to restore the properties back to their intended state. Naturally maturing as the company began to gain access to large-scale projects to enhance their portfolio of work along with developing the niche in the building community we practice today.
