History
Quick-Cater was founded in 2001 by Stacey Wetzel, a lifelong foodservice veteran. Originally Stacey's concept was an outsource delivery service for local restaurants. The concept began to evolve immediately to a full service firm and over the course of the next four years the outsourcing of menus gave way to Stacey's original cuisine and unique service style. In 2011 Stacey change the name to Cater10 to celebrate her 10th year in business and to finally shed a name that had long ago ceased to reflect the concept. Stacey continues to refine her menus and recipes through study and travel.

Cater10 is committed to the use of fresh ingredients and features menus that center around original creations that are customized for each guest right before their eyes. Our culinary influences include the regional flavors from the mediterranean coastal cuisine of Spain, France, Italy and North Africa coupled with our roots in Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican flavors. Our events are always fresh, fun and pallet pleasing.
