HistoryI started this venture in 2017, in Gatesville, Tx after not being able to find any treats in the surrounding communities for those with food allergies, like my son has, or anything that was vegan or even gluten free, like myself. So I devised to bring this to the community for those that are in the same situation as me...special dietary restrictions, preferences, or food allergies.SpecialtiesAll items at Bridgett's Bakery are plant based, gluten free, and baked in small batches. We use fresh, high quality ingredients and refrain from using high fructose corn syrup, honey, msg, GMO, BHT, palm oil products, and egg/dairy/animal-derived ingredients. All of our dough, crusts, mixes, and fillings are made from scratch. We use natural sweeteners and sugars that are also bone-char free. We rarely use decorative colors or 'sprinkles', but if we do for certain treats, they are plant based, gf, and made from natural sources, not artificial colors/dyes. Any flavors used are also plant based, gf, natural, and not imitation or artificial. We do not add preservatives to our baked goods, so to get the best quality flavor and texture, please consume within a day or two of receiving. **Don't forget We also have options of and can create sugar free, keto, paleo & even raw treats!
