We are an authentic Cajun market specializing in authentic Cajun cuisine, fresh, boiled, fried seafood, fish, and Cajun specialty meats. The owner grew up on the bayou's of South Louisiana and organically sources all of THE Cajun Market's seafood from the Gulf of Mexico, and the bayou's, bay's, ponds, and estuaries in Louisiana using genuine Cajun recipes. Absolutely no imported seafood products. We also offer Cajun favorites such as chicken/sausage and seafood gumbo; etouffee; red beans & rice; and Jambalaya. The menu also includes fried shrimp, oyster, catfish, and combination platters. Our Po'boys are authentically prepared New Orleans-style and include shrimp, oyster, catfish, and roast beef all served on Gambino's French bread. And, we have our own freshly made Boudin, Boudin Balls, Boudin Rollups, Natchitoches Meat Pies, and Crawfish Pies. As a market, our freezers have a variety of Cajun specialty meats including boneless stuffed chickens, stuffed pork chops, Cajun seasoned black Angus rib eye's, Cajun seasoned brisket, Cajun seasoned and stuffed pork tenderloins, hog head cheese, and fresh hot cracklings prepared all day long. Our boiled seafood items include Gulf shrimp, blue crab, and Alaskan snow crab. We also sell both live and boiled crawfish during the crawfish season.
