History
We started out doing backyard barbecues while working for a Corporation in Austin. When we got tired of the hustle that goes along with living in a large city, we decided to try our hand doing what we love to do. We left our position at the Company, took the only $1500.00 we had in savings and headed south to the Hill Country where we started our little Barbecue shack. Five years later, we moved our business to Kerrville, where we still operate today.
