Chinese Pork Bun it tasted like a soup wrapped in a light soft roll. Delicious...check out the amazing silverware.

This was on the appetizer menu Taiyaki but I ordered it as a dessert to go. Very good...not to sweet.

The spicy lamb skewers were bomb. I wish I'd ordered more of them. They tasted very similar to the lamb skewers I had in Beijing. I'm not from SAT, but will eat here again next time I'm in town!
