Bellaire Yoga Tai Chi Studio offer variations of Tai Chi, Yoga, & other mind/body exercises. We offer Yoga, Chen Tai Chi, Yang Tai Chi, Qi Gong, & Meditation (Sitting Qi Gong,) Bagua. All our instructors have over 10 years of experience. We offer authentic Tai Chi from a master that has over 30 years of experience studying with Yang Jwing Ming, Jeff Bolt, Chen Zheng Lei, & Cheng Jin Cai. Learn to appreciate Tai Chi as an art and incorporate it in your lifestyle. Tai Chi promotes Qi & blood circulation in your body to help many functions in the body. We teach you the specific of each movement to understand the function of each movement including Self Defense. Progress at your own pace. Qi Gong are simple, gentle movements coordinated with your breathing to help promote body functions. Learn to create Qi in the body & understand how to move it. We offer beginner to advance level.
