Baytown Housing Authority (BHA) has been providing quality affordable housing to low and moderate income residents of Baytown, Texas since 1940. With a portfolio of 112 Public Housing units and 833 Housing Choice Vouchers, BHA is committed to increasing the availability of affordable housing in the community through the development of new housing units.
Governed by a Board of Commissioners appointed by the mayor, BHA also owns 30 housing units at Lincoln Courts Apartments and 36 mixed finance units at Alexander Place Apartments.
