BAM FIT ATX started in response to COVID-19. After gyms closed, we began working out in a parking garage trying to get the best workout where we felt safe, happy, and motivated during the pandemic. Every workout kept getting better and our creativity in this new playground continued to grow. We found that fulfilling feeling we were so badly craving during quarantine -- and then it came to us. We knew that we needed to share this with others, so we decided not to return to our jobs. Instead, we wanted to use our experience as personal trainers to create a safe environment for others to get the best possible fitness experience.

Our top priority is to get moving outdoors through a fun mix of circuit, strength and high intensity interval training (HIIT). We provide a safe and socially distanced environment through a unique small group format in an open and outdoor space. You'll find a welcoming energy for all and an upbeat start to your day.
