The principals of Phase Engineering are James Dismukes (President) and Melanie Fregoe Edmundson (VP). Phase Engineering's scope of services includes all related real estate environmental due diligence services. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Phase Engineering provides services nation-wide, annually performing approximately 1000 environmental site assessments and related environmental professional services. Phase Engineering offers a variety of environmental consulting services to its clients, ranging from the EPA "All Appropriate Inquiries " ASTM Standard Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments to licensed and certified asbestos, mold, and lead inspections, VCP, IOP, abatement/remediation project management, and property condition assessments. Phase Engineering has a strong portfolio of certified and licensed personnel who are dedicated to keeping up with the latest environmental rules and regulations.
