Alpine High School was founded in 1929 and has an enrollment of more than 300 students. The high school, located in Alpine, Texas, is recognized by the Texas Education Agency. It offers a wide range of subjects, such as math, history, science, English, physical and health education, technology, fine arts and special education. Alpine High School s organizations and clubs include Alpine Fightin Buck Band, anchor club, student council, theater, National Honor Society, Future Farmers of America, journalism and yearbook. It also provides a variety of sporting activities, such as football, volleyball, basketball, cross country, baseball and softball. Additionally, the school offers a newspaper and library facilities.
