History
Formerly known as Ghost Hill Restaurant at Treaty Oak Distillery, the space was rebranded to Alice's Restaurant (named after founder Daniel Barnes' mother, Alice) in fall 2019. The rebrand was accompanied by a full renovation of the restaurant and an all new menu by Pit Master Scott Fogle and team. The menu features live fire staples like brisket, sausage and turkey as well as signature sandwiches and sides. A robust pickling and fermentation program accompanies the smoked meats creating a truly unique Texas barbecue experience.

At the bar, choose from beer, cocktails, tapped drinks, and the distillery's experimental whiskeys. Our cocktails are made only with Treaty Oak Spirits and fresh ingredients that are kegged and served on tap, resulting in a perfectly balanced cocktail, every time.
