A lot of the time, we are indoors avoiding the changeable weather. Just as conscious as we are about the weather we should also be as concerned about the type of air we are breathing in. We become so busy in our everyday lives that we don't think about simple things like the type of air we are exposed to in our own homes. However, did you know that indoor air is found to be up to 70 times more polluted than the air outside? Think about that. Most people spend between 60 to 90 percent of their time indoors. That is a lot of time spent breathing in dry particles and contaminates.
