360Blue was founded in the Fall 2021. The owner started working with a client cleaning one of their vacation rental. Since that point not only had the company added on more clients but also additional services. In 2016 our owner started doing move out and move in cleans for a small apartment complex. During this time he was working in property management while doing cleans on the side. In 2017 he partnered with a friend to create a company with a big focus on cleaning and pressure washing. Due to the success of the company they went on to sell the company after 2 years. In 2019 he decided to partner with a well established cleaning company and started offering construction cleans. Working with not only private builders but also national builders like castle rock. As our owner continued to work In property management he realized a need for a home services company.
