They constantly put out mailers and when I call the phone number a message says office is open by appointment only and to leave a message. They don't ever answer the phone after half a dozen...

The front staff was not helpful in getting me in when a bracket broke and was stabbing me- only after raising a fuss did they find time to help me. The actual orthodontist takes about 30 seconds...

Call to make appointment, some lady with not friendly voice pick up and put me on hold for 10 minutes, pick up again and transfer me straight to voicemail without saying anything to me .
