In order to assure that your event is a well-organized and successful function, we ask that you please read over and observe the terms and conditions associated with the leasing of the Willow Place Conference Center. While the information listed is current, policies occasionally change. Please consult your Willow Place Conference Center representative for specific information and, if you have any questions regarding this outlined information, please do not hesitate to ask. We also ask that you share this information with all guests, vendors, security, caterers, musicians, etc. that are involved with your event as you are responsible for their actions. o Business/Private Receptions o Other events as deemed reasonable and appropriate by Willow Place Conference Center II. Fee Schedule The fee for usage of the WPCC is outlined in the Fee Schedule. The fee for usage of Willow Place Conference Center will vary based on room. Prices will vary based on your requirements, hours of the event (from set up to clean up), kitchen usage, equipment rental and other amenities requested for the event. Any event extending past 6 hours will have a $50.00 surcharge per hour added to the hourly rate for the extended hours. All event hours, including setup and cleanup, are subject to approval and will be paid as part of the rental agreement. Arrangements for entering the center outside the normal business hours must be arranged prior to your event. III. Deposit and Payment Method To reserve a meeting room at Willow Place Conference Center, a complete contract checked online and a $100.00 deposit is required. Please make check payable Willow Place Conference Center. Deposit are refundable in full if cancellation is made 30 days prior to the date of the event, if the building is clean and trash is put in the outside garbage cans after a event. I hereby assume the risk of any and all accidental or other physical injury and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Willow Place Conference Center, any and all personnel in conjunction with the event at Willow Place Conference Center. I also assume responsibility and liability for damages to premises, furnishings, equipment, and grounds. I have read and understand the rule and regulations for use of Willow Place Conference Center. I understand that failure to comply with the rules could result in the contract being voided and the event being terminated immediately.
