History
Cumberland County Commission first started allocating money for a Veterans Service Officer in 2009. Prior to this time there were several volunteers who helped veterans file claims. The current county VSO has been with the office since October 2012. In that time there have been literally thousands of claims and phone calls for, and on behalf of, our military veterans.
