Awful service! A driver ran off with my food and there's absolutely no way to reach customer service on this issue. My last few dollars was just taken from me with no consequences. That's just cruel!

never add money to Uber cash for future trips. uber won't let you use the cash and I'd you try to get a refund, they will steal it.
