For more than 50 years, First Step Inc. has been a child care service group that serves children with special needs in the Nashville community. Based in Nashville, Tenn., the clinic operates a Child Development Center offering interventions and educational services for children with severe medical conditions. Its services include child-specific care, on-site nursing, early literacy programming, including a Community Outreach Program and The Ayudando Ninos Program.
