After years of working in residential washer repair services and as a Speed Queen residential laundry dealer, Nathan and Becci Burkholder expanded their family business to include a commercial laundry service, The Dutchman’s Laundry. From their experience in the appliance repair industry, there were several complaints the Burkholders heard repeatedly from people who had recently visited laundromats－that they were dirty, that the machinery was often very old and that much of it was out of order. With these concerns in mind, The Dutchman’s Laundry opened in August 2015 to provide the community with a safe, clean, and reliable place to do laundry.
