If you're looking to be near the downtown area of Knoxville, this is not the hotel for you. It's 5 mi from center and nowhere near downtown

They were horrible! Don't stay there. Holes in sheets, room smelled! Microwave was on the couch. Door was so rusty you could see daylight through it. And no water for shower! Worst place ever!
