Chris & Andy started a bbq competition team in 2012. They started selling out of a tent soon after. Saved enough money for a small food trailer (which is now at the LoCo Drive-In on weekends) and then the Food truck they have now. When Covid hit they closed their flooring store and turned it into a restaurant. It has been an amazing two years with the brick & mortar restaurant and we are very thankful for our community and customers.
