Robertsville Middle School is an educational institution that enrolls more than 700 students in grades five through eight. Opened in 1995, it receives students from both Willow Brook Elementary School and Linden Elementary School. The school provides classes in English, mathematics, science and social studies. It also imparts instruction in art, computer science, music and physical education. Robertsville Middle School utilizes the Tennessee Comprehensive Assessment Program (TCAP) achievement test for the educational assessment of its students. It offers membership opportunities for the Technology Students Association and the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, as well as maintains a student council and ski, scrapbook, geography and intramural clubs. The school also conducts basketball, flag football, volleyball, cheerleading and cross-country tournaments and matches. It additionally features an auditorium and media learning center, as well as a parent-teacher-student association. Robertsville Middle School is a part of Oak Ridge Schools, which governs elementary, middle and high schools.
