Simple catering led us to open our first restaurant in Bellevue, Tn and then 2 more on the west side of Nashville. Our Owner/Chef JT Hamilton has over 40 years in the restaurant business, Beginning with working in his family restaurant in West Tennessee as a dishwasher to managing restaurants across the Southeast.
