A restaurant serving Northern Italian cuisine focused on Milan and beyond and named after the owners first born daughter, Stella. Consulting Milanese Chef Amalia Brusati has designed a simple and rustic menu of traditional Italian classics representing many of Italy’s regions. Chef Amalia’s authentic vision is faithfully executed in collaboration with Chef Sal Sanchez, the restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine, formerly of the acclaimed Nico Osteria at the Thompson Hotel in Chicago. All pasta, bread, and dessert are made fresh in-house by Sous Chef Greg Sutton, formally of Blackberry Farm, Emilia and Dancing Bear Resort. The wine list is curated by Owner and Sommelier Aaron Thompson, and features a list of 140 bottles with a focus on all 20 regions
