In 1997, two leading Nashville-based otolaryngology practices united to form OAT. Individually, these practices, led by Drs. Bryan, Kennon, and Alley, had a history dating to the 1930s and 1950s. These well-respected practices had each cultivated a reputation for outstanding clinical care, becoming the standard bearers for otolaryngology in Nashville. At OAT, we strive to maintain this legacy of excellence. Today, OAT physicians work primarily through Baptist and Centennial Hospitals. However, our current specialists, Drs. Crook, Downey, and Cate also provided ENT services at Vanderbilt Hospital. Our team of OAT clinicians still maintains a warm and collegial relationship with Vanderbilt, the Children's Hospital, the Bill Wilkerson Center, as well as Baptist and Centennial.
