About Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville, established in 1951, is a non-profit, trade association for the homebuilding industry. The primary function of Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville is to serve as the homebuilding industry watchdog. Each year we respond to numerous attacks on housing affordability. In addition to monitoring issues that could negatively impact housing affordability, the association provides services to its members that include networking opportunities, educational programs, marketing events, and community service projects. We also ask that all of our members make certain that the organizations they are doing business with are members of the HBAGK. If the time comes that you need a new supplier or subcontractor, consult the website or the membership directory and Do Business with a Member. Membership in Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville includes membership in the National Association of Home Builders and Home Builders Association of Tennessee. All three organizations work together to provide you with services to improve your business. Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville is proud to have Loudon County as a chapter, and we serve the following counties: Anderson, Campbell, Claiborne, Fentress, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Knox, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott, and Union Counties.
