History

I Dream of Weenie was born out of the vision of a local artist to have a unique yet affordable lunch option in the 5-points area of East Nashville. It has been operating ever since out of the iconic modified 1971 VW bus, serving up dreamy weenies in creative southern-inspired combinations.

Specialties

Weenies! We strive to provide great food, great customer service, and a fun atmosphere. You really can't take life too seriously when you are eating a hot dog served out of a VW bus, right?

They had such a great selection of hot dogs. I got the Slaw Chili Dog and it was so good. They also had blackberry cobbler and it was fantastic with some vanilla ice cream.
