History
CHEC began as a one page newsletter prepared for the coworkers of the founder's spouse. After being asked many times for help, the founder set out to get herself established as a business, educating herself past her current homeschool knowledge, and connecting with local umbrella schools and homeschool programs. Since 2014, CHEC's founder has participated in all of Memphis' major homeschooling events.
Specialties
Choice Home Education Consulting exists to assist families interested in homeschooling to get started and to support current homeschooling families. CHEC assists with school withdrawal, completing registration, selecting and purchasing curriculum, setting up record keeping, and any other needs a homeschooling family may have.
