History
After 25 years of distilling for other companies Bill Lee decided to open his own distillery. The distillery and bar are located inside the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo. We distill vodka and gin and bottle and proof Rye Whiskey. Rum will soon be available. We also offer a cocktail bar and live music. The venue is offered for private events. Tours of the distillery are available 11-4 Tue-Sat.
