HistoryGlenda Baker has baked and decorated cakes and cookies out of her home for years, and in 2013, the Baker family bought Sweetly Ever After from Ricky and Kim Mitchell who had opened it the previous year. In 2014, her son Marcus, after years in the foodservice industry, including helping to open a fine dining restaurant, came to help her manage the business. He's now proficient in cake decorating as well, learning everything he could from his mother, as well as expanding the lunch/dinner menu to include pasta, salad, and hot sandwiches.
