etc. is the sister restaurant to Etch Restaurant in downtown Nashville. Chef/Owner Deb Paquette and partners opened etc. as a smaller, more intimate version of Etch, while still featuring Deb's signature flavorful, globally inspired dishes.

At etc., award-winning chef Deb Paquette brings her adventurous cuisine to the warm neighborhood setting of Green Hills in Nashville. The eatery's intimate venue offers 70 seats, a cocktail bar for a dozen drinkers and diners, plus an outdoor patio for lunch, mid-day, dinner and happy hour. Chef Deb's signature bright flavors & layered dishes comprise the menus, incorporating her favorite spices, produce and global recipes. A succinct wine and cocktail menu also span the globe, featuring select craft beer and a handful of culinary-minded libations. Pastry Chef Megan Williams rounds out the menus with artfully-plated desserts and made-from-scratch ice cream & sorbet.
