Established in 2005 by Chef Erik Niel and wife Amanda, Easy Bistro & Bar makes you rethink a thing or two about Southern food. Reopening, September 2020 at our new location in Chattanooga's West Village, we are proud to showcase a renovated space featuring a beautiful new Raw Bar & Hearth. Helmed by a two-time James Beard Award semifinalist, the restaurant pulls from its Southern American and French roots and cooks with the seasons. That means farm-fresh and peak-season produce for everything, imbued with chef Erik Niel’s technique beautiful platings. Also on the menu: a nationally recognized wine & cocktail program, and a raw bar with seafood from all three coasts.
