The Family Resource Agency works to improve the quality of life of children, adults and families. It administers the Family Violence Program, which includes shelter, help line, crisis counseling, referral, advocacy and support services for the victims of domestic violence and rape. The Family Resource Agency also trains and educates the community on domestic and sexual violence. It supports the Head Start program, which features comprehensive, early childhood education for the families of Bradley, Polk, McMinn and Meigs counties in Tennessee.
