The Nashville Fire Department is a part of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County in Tennessee. The department offers emergency medical and fire prevention services. It operates a health and safety division that offers risk management, exposure control, air and hydrant solutions. The Nashville Fire Department has a research and inventory division that is responsible for the procurement of equipment, apparatus, tools and supplies.
