These quiches are magnificent and the owner is very nice and friendly. This place is not fancy at all but she can serve you up a quiche filled with anything you can think of.

This is one of the best places in Memphis I do not eat quiche but once I tried one of her quiches 10 years ago, I have been in love with them. I promise you once you try one you will be hooked....

Man o man, this quiche is fantastic. I got a quiche loaded with bacon, sausage, spinach, and cheese with flavor you can only get in the south. I'm glad I got this because it stretched for 3 meals...
