Founded in 1929 by Swiss immigrants, Valley Queen Cheese Factory, a family owned and operated commercial cheese-making operation, produces approximately 75 million pounds of cheese annually. The factory s products include aged cheddar, reduced fat cheddar, mild Colby, pepper jack, Colby jack, shredded cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses, as well as sweet cream, whey cream, lactose and delactosed whey.
