History
Started in 1929, Nick's has expanded over the years and kept true to the original owners recipes and style of cooking. Back in 1929 you could get a slider for five cent. The price of burger has gone up over time, but Nick's remains a big hit with the Brookings community. In 2008 We expanded the interior and add a catering service to the business. Owners Todd and Troy Fergen took over in 2014.

Our burgers are made fresh to order, with fresh never frozen ground beef. The delicious buns are made fresh daily with our own secret recipe. Toped with your choice of ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, cheese, or our homemade mustard relish. Now serving BREAKFAST! Try our traditional burger topped with a fresh fried egg, fresh cinnamon and caramel rolls.
