The Training Camp offers small group 30-60 min bootcamp and interval training sessions as well as Cardio Kickboxing Conditioning. Flexible times to fit your schedule.
Specialties
The Training Camp is the only facility in the area offering FitRanx, a revolutionary world-wide fitness ranking system. FitRanX will build your strength and conditioning levels with it's unique program. It utilizes body weight, suspension trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells and Olympic bars. We also offer Challenge, a hybrid training session that focuses on agility, strength and endurance. Challenge sessions utilize body weight, kettlebells, and rugged obstacles to keep you coming back for more. Bootcamp is an extended training session similar to Challenge.
