Bill Kay started the first full time home inspection service in York County, SC in 1987. For many years it was a multi inspector company. Bill performs all the inspections now. He is a licensed HI in SC and NC and holds numerous certifictions. Termite inspections, mold sampling, moisture control assessment, radon are some of the other services offered.
