History
Born and raised in the Lowcountry, Anthony has always had a passion for fresh seafood and big gatherings. This propensity served him well when he chose to open Holy City Seafood, a supply and delivery service providing only the freshest and most local of delicious ocean favorites: shrimp, clams, fish and, of course, the everlasting oyster. Moving from job to job for a time, nothing ever seemed quite right. A longing for customer satisfaction and long-time relationships with clientele made it difficult to settle. So, when dead end jobs finally took their toll, Anthony took the leap and Holy City Seafood was born. Though oyster season is relatively short, Anthony takes advantage of the high demand and works to throw the best parties, deliver the tastiest seafood and even collects shells afterward to be recycled, perhaps the most important part of the whole process as it assists in sustaining the Lowcountry oyster population for future generations of oyster lovers everywhere.
