Hartsville High School is a public institution that offers educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades 10 through 12. The school has a student strength of more than 1,300 students and offers subjects, such as English, mathematics, physical, science, and special needs and education. Additionally, it offers foreign language courses in French and Spanish. The school also offers a variety of sports activities, including basketball, cheerleading, football, golf, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, volleyball, wrestling, and cross country and track. It offers the French Honor Society, a club for students enrolled in French and the Beta Club, a club for students recognizing academic achievement and leadership.
