Retired Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant Ryan Small has served 20 years in the Marine Corps. Throughout his military service he has conducted physical training sessions for entire company size units up to 100 service members at a time. To successfully run effective group sessions for large masses of people takes a great deal of knowledge and experience. Nobody knows boot camp like a person who has lived it. Gunny is a former drill instructor and certified personal trainer. But don't let his thick skinned, hard core military back ground intimidate you. Gunny's main priority is to provide his members with a challenging and fun fitness session that will leave them feeling great about themselves. Gunny's boot camp is a great way to make new friends who share your desire to achieve your fitness goals. Members encourage and motivate eachother throughout the sessions. Sessions provide a different fitness challenge to improve core strengthening, endurance, agility, & strength while burning fat.
