Administration is a part of the City of Folly Beach government in Folly Beach, S.C. It is responsible for the overall management of the city s government and utilities under the direct supervision of the Mayor. The department executes and administers city policies, ordinances, programs, goals and objectives adopted by its council. It is also responsible for the proper administration of the affairs of the city, including preparation and administration of annual operating budget, investment of city funds, coordination of activities of all departments, personnel policy administration, purchasing, and financial and policy matters. Its comptroller oversees the input of all financial data of city government and utilities, preparation of monthly report and trial balances and other financial information needed to operate the city in a cost effective manner.
