In these challenging times, stress has taken a front-and-center position in almost everyone's lives - from the workforce, to our caregivers, and to families, as well as to moms and dads - and their children - and mostly the most isolated. Increased boredom and loneliness can easily increase suffering, anxiety, and anger.
While stress management tools and techniques may only seem to address the most basic of our present needs, the truth is that stress and its emotional/physical impact can easily serve to weaken our immune systems and open wider the invitation to illness and disease.
