History
World traveler, Jack Bryne was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland where he began his years in the service industry at the age of fourteen. After moving to Charleston in 1995, Jack traveled to Thailand and was inspired by a Thai crepe street vendor. He saw an opportunity and a need to bring this cuisine to the Holy City. Thus, he launched the Charleston Crepe Company in 1997. Starting as a street vendor on King Street, Charleston Crepe Co grew in popularity and became a Charleston Farmers Market tradition in 2001. Jack's crepes have been featured in numerous culinary publications and on the TODAY show. Recently, Charleston Crepe Co's unique crepe cakes have become a captivating option in Charleston's wedding scene.
